About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store.
The ideal candidate will be a hands on and energetic leader who can inspire a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales performance while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth business flow.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate with suppliers.
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
Track and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and take proactive steps to maximize results.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Prepare and manage staff schedules, payroll inputs, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and improving performance.
Solid understanding of retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.
