What You Will Be Responsible For: Architectural Leadership: Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for Workflow-based solutions, ensuring alignment with State Street enterprise architecture and security standards. Solution Design: Translate business requirements into scalable workflow applications, including data models, user interfaces, and system integrations. Team Collaboration: Partner with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Mentor junior technical team members and promote best practices. Integration Strategy: Define and implement integration strategies with legacy systems and third-party platforms using APIs and middleware. Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with State Street governance frameworks. Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow models, and deployment guides. What We Value: Deep expertise in Workflow architecture and development. Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams. Experience working in or with the financial services industry. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Education & Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in Appian solution architecture.
