This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that includeslifeguarding, gym instruction, reception duties, and general leisure centre operations.We're looking for someone who is passionate about health and wellbeing, has a strong commitment to safety, and enjoys delivering excellent service in a team-oriented environment.About The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the leisure centreSupervise the pool area, ensuring the safety of all guests (lifeguarding duties)Greet members and guests, manage reception duties, and provide outstanding customer serviceInstruct clients on the safe and effective use of gym equipmentConduct fitness assessments and implement personalised fitness programmesAssist with cleaning, equipment checks, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environmentWhat We're Looking ForLevel 1 Lifeguard Qualification (essential)Previous experience in a leisure or fitness role is preferredA strong communicator who enjoys working in a people-focused settingA team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicA strong commitment to excellent customer service and safety standardsOur Commitment to Diversity & InclusionWe are anequal opportunity employerdedicated to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
