Enabling people to lead purposeful working lives and organisations to become more productive, sustainable and profitable.Find Out More About Ricoh TodayWhat you will be doingThe Operations Coordinator will be responsible to deliver all operational support services which meet business needs and enables effective implementation of the operational strategy across Ricoh Ireland.Key Accountabilities:To monitor the operations inbox and respond to email queries within the agreed two-hour SLA to ensure delivery of an operational support service which meets and exceeds our division and business SLAsTo ensure all day-to-day operational functions are owned fully, actioned correctly, professionally and responded to in a timely mannerTo take ownership and support Business Processes such as Smart Returns, Smart Meter, eService and Siebel Toner management processes within the Operations TeamTo ensure all Direct and Indirect sales orders requests are actioned in a timely and accurate manner, in line with company policies and inclusive of all legal documentative requirements. To also ensure any orders or reports channelled through the teams are actioned efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction as well as a completed status within the SLATo work on annuity-based projects within the operations and service business units to delivery cost savings to the businessTo become the process owner and escalation point for multiple external customer platforms and processes ensuring all matters are dealt with efficientlyInfluence and build trusted relationships with customers/budget holders; through credible/specialist knowledge of all current and relevant process and offerings which fulfils customer requirementsTo manage, develop and uphold compliance excellence, within a high performing team which fosters a culture to drive best practices and encourage positive behaviours, gain credibility and become a trusted advisers to our customersYou will ideally haveDetailed knowledge and experience within an administrative environmentStrong negotiation skills with customers and service providersAbility to lead and influence the management of change and cultureStrong strategic thinking and ability to analyse current operation and future strategic requirementsThe ability to influence, network and negotiate up to and including Senior Management levelExcellent communication and presentation skills for Customer communicationsStrong ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers & strong interpersonal relationship buildingExcellent MS Office Tools with a primary focus on Excel and Power BIUnderstanding of Project management methodologies desirableSuccessful track record in the use of Process Improvement, Change Management & Continual Service Improvement methodologiesWe receive a high volume of applications for our roles, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possibleIn return for your commitment, you can expectWe're looking for individuals with values and causes, strengths and weaknesses, passions and ideas.
