We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team.
* This role involves managing a high-volume sales pipeline, owning the full sales process from prospecting to close, and building strategic territory plans for sustainable growth.
* As a successful Account Executive or Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with peers, sharing best practices, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
* At least 3 years of experience in a revenue-generating role, preferably as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager in a SaaS/MarTech environment
* Proven success selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retail
* Strong outbound prospecting ability with creative, strategic approaches
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders
* Resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented — you thrive on exceeding targets
* Curious and coachable, with a strong growth mindset and drive for improvement
