Here at Paul Byron Shoes, we are currently recruiting enthusiastic and talented Omni Channel Customer Service Specialists to join our fast-growing and dynamic Head Office Team. Working with our E-commerce and store teams you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction while also participating in ad-hoc projects assigned by the Website Manager.This is not a remote position.Responsibilities:Provide customer support via email and telephone and live chat.General administration.Provide relevant advice to customers primarily by phone but also through other communication channels as required - including email, web chat and social media platforms.Be a key member of the Web Team, focused on optimising customer experience to drive digital conversion and sales.Develop a good working knowledge of the stock, working in conjunction with other e-commerce staff and warehouse managers.Liaise with Stores regarding customer Service issuesProcess and respond to customer WhatsApp and telephone orders in a timely manner.Requirements:Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and processes.Organised- able to work to deadlines under pressureStrong interpersonal and communication skills - capable of working closely with many different areas of the business.Knowledge of Klavyio marketing tool an advantage.Proficient in IT Skills - Excel, Word, PowerPointJob Types: Full Time, PermanentPay: €13.50 per hour DOEExpected hours: minimum per weekBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:Mainly Monday to Friday with some Saturdays required.Experience:Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
