YOUR DAY TO DAY
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our mobile care team, working closely with Dentists and Hygienists to provide high-quality, comfortable care to patients. Your role will include:
* Preparing patients for dental procedures and ensuring they feel at ease.
* Taking and developing dental X-rays using digital imaging technology.
* Assisting with cleanings, polishing, and fluoride treatments to promote oral health
* Maintaining accurate dental records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Transporting, setting up, and maintaining dental equipment and supplies for mobile visits.
* Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
* Driving a company-provided minivan (or your own, if needed) to patient locations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education, Training & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum Active State Level Dental Assistant Certification
* At least one year of experience working in a dental setting (preferred)
* State Driver's License and clean driving record
Skills & Abilities:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Requirements:
* Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
* Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits
* Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate ranging from $27-31/hr
