Accounting Support Role
1. Managing financial records and accounts
2. Clerical duties for a small office environment
3. Sage accounting software and data entry experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
4. Manage incoming phone calls and general enquiries on behalf of the business.
5. Enter, update, retrieve information in accordance with agreed procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
6. Process invoices accurately adhering to relevant regulations including company policies.
7. Prepare payment runs using Sage accounting software as required by management. Assist with administrative tasks relating to finance such as maintaining cheque books/bank statements etc. .-2040-windowAStyle
