About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee all aspects of selected projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure client specifications are met on time and within budget.
* Progress Monitoring: Employ systems to track and monitor project progress ensuring team compliance.
* Issue Resolution: Resolve issues across departments (BIM/Engineering/QA/Procurement).
* Site Management: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure safety and quality standards.
* Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Financial Management: Manage financial aspects including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
Candidate Requirements:
* Mechanical background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Project/Contracts Manager in the Mechanical HVAC industry.
* Knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, and Process systems.
* Excellent project management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
