Site Manager Site Manager required for a busy main contractor involved in a mix of residential and commercial projects. Current position for a commercial steel frame building and commercial fit out in Co. Kildare. Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer Trade or Construction related Qualification Distinct advantage with previous experience in Civils, Steel Frame Buildings and Showroom Fit-Outs. Ability to take ownership of a project with particular attention to detail Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland. Full Clean Drivers License Role: Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and building standards and to a high quality Have full responsibility for project on site with support from Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Office Staff Manage trades and labour force on site to a programme and schedule of works Be responsible for the communication from site Maintain clean and safe conditions on site Plan and procure materials required on site Skills: Construction Site Management Construction methods Benefits: Company Vehicle
