This role is based in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan. We will consider full time, part time and contract arrangements for this role.
Role Overview
The Social and Digital Media Executive will support and execute Cloud 10 Beauty's social media and social commerce strategy. This is a hands on role with direct commercial impact, focused on driving traffic engagement and revenue through social platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok channel sales.
You will work closely with the wider content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life across social channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute Cloud 10 Beauty's social media and social commerce activity in line with agreed strategies
* Create manage and schedule high performing content across all social platforms
* Support traffic conversions and revenue from social channels including TikTok Shop
* Be confident appearing on camera for social content including product education launches and live or recorded formats
* Manage real time engagement with customers responding to queries comments and messages
* Support influencer marketing activity including affiliate revenue tracking
* Assist with PR initiatives and events aligned to brand launches and key trading moments
* Monitor online conversations trends and competitor activity
* Create and upload content for promotional channels including the Cloud 10 Beauty blog
* Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insights
* Support ROI analysis across social influencer PR and social commerce activity

* Thrive in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of beauty products ingredients and formulations
* Be genuinely curious and committed to continuous learning in the beauty industry
* Enjoy working as part of a close collaborative and ambitious team
