Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager
This is a critical contract for the People Team. The role will provide support to key business areas by driving consistency in attracting, managing, developing, and retaining talent.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic plans to acquire top talent and drive organisational design through effective operating models, structures, systems, and processes.
* Partner with stakeholders to create sustainable solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience and full CIPD qualification.
* Proven experience delivering proactive HR services in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
