Quality Control Manager Position
The role of Quality Control Manager is a critical position in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
This position involves leading a team responsible for overseeing the technical transfer of analytical methods and testing. The manager will be responsible for planning and execution of analytical method transfers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
Additionally, this role requires coordinating development and validation of analytical methods, including protocol design, execution, and documentation. The Quality Control Manager will also conduct risk assessments and troubleshooting activities to address technical challenges.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or other biotechnical science. A minimum of 10 years of laboratory experience in a GMP laboratory environment is also required. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of analytical instrument validation/qualification experience.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and experience in managing laboratory staff in a GMP laboratory setting. In-depth understanding of current regulatory requirements for IPC or QC is also essential.
