Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PCB Test Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and testing products using schematics, layout drawings, assembly drawings, procedures and specifications.
The Key Responsibilities:
* To operate various types of test equipment, including Digital Multi-Meters, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, ESS Chambers and vibration tables for testing and troubleshooting.
* To demonstrate strong knowledge of electronics components and circuitry (analogue, digital, power) to test and debug Electronic PCB Assemblies and Systems.
* To test and debug electronic motor controllers according to established procedures.
* To perform failure analysis for production and returned assemblies and systems, providing feedback to support teams for process improvements.
* To collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
* To assist in technician training, knowledge sharing, and product familiarization.
* To complete all necessary test-related documentation, including yield reporting and non-conformance data.
* To maintain accurate records of test results and other production-related documentation.
