About the Role
We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our business at an exciting time of expansion, delivering projects for a massive customer base and honing their people management skills under the support of an expert senior leadership team.
This role involves leading the delivery of large-scale, software projects across geographically distributed teams, driving programmes from inception to completion while managing scope, quality, time, and resources.
* Partner with engineering leads to estimate effort, define milestones, and remove blockers.
* Communicate effectively and regularly with senior stakeholders to keep delivery on track and transparent.
* Apply knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project methodologies to achieve results.
Requirements
We are looking for a Programme Manager with:
* A background in technical programme or project management, ideally with a focus or exposure to software delivery.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, influencing and driving alignment.
* Experience working with project management tools like Dev Ops, Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
* A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience interfacing into software development teams, delivering in Agile or hybrid environments.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Prince2 certifications would be highly advantageous.
