Business Growth Specialist
This role focuses on developing and expanding the existing Business & Industry client base across the Leinster region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B&I customers, ensuring consistent growth and satisfaction.
2. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic sales decisions.
3. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product range enhancements, promotional initiatives, and training programs that drive account growth.
4. Proposal & Reporting: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for new business opportunities, showcasing expertise in sales strategy and customer engagement.
5. Account Management: Lead the expansion of existing accounts through structured call cycles, effective communication, and tailored solutions.
6. Territory Performance: Provide regular updates on sales performance, new business wins, and service issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Customer Support: Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, meeting customer expectations.
