About the Company
O'Brien Fine Foods produces premium brands including Brady Family & Green Farm. We have a heritage in the production of handcrafted artisan type products and employ over 600 people across our Kildare and Westmeath facilities. This role will be based in our Green Farm site in Rathowen, Co. Westmeath, where the team consistently delivers and produces innovation in chicken and turkey products to make eating well easy for everyone.
About the Role
As a General Operative at O'Brien Fine Foods, you will be responsible for ensuring our products consistently maintain the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Product inspection, ensuring adherence to quality specifications.
Preparing product for cooking, including adding relevant flavour mix.
Preparing cooked product for slicing and maintaining production lines to meet production targets and product specifications.
Packing product while ensuring labelling, presentation and relevant paperwork are completed.
Reporting or rejecting product that does not meet product specifications.
Shift
AM - PM Shift (4 am - 1 pm)
