Job Title: Collections Analyst

Job Description: A successful Collections Analyst at Fiserv will expertly manage timely collections, maintain accurate sales ledger records, and support cash application to meet business performance goals. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive client engagement, dispute resolution, and credit risk reduction in a collaborative FinTech environment.
Manage accounts‑receivable activities, including invoice processing and sales ledger maintenance.
Contact customers in arrears and prioritize recovery of aged outstanding balances.
Negotiate payment plans and follow‑up on overdue payments to meet collection performance objectives.
Document all collection activities and communications in the collections system or database.
Liaise with third‑party collection agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate recovery efforts.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment allocation issues.
Monitor portfolio health, generate aging reports, and raise high‑risk accounts.
Support process improvements to reduce days sales outstanding and minimize credit exposure.
Required Qualifications:
Proven accounts‑receivable and collections expertise with strong commercial acumen.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and collections or CRM databases.
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis).
Strong analytical decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage difficult client situations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Background in payments, merchant services, or financial operations within FinTech.
Track record of meeting or exceeding collection performance targets.
Multilingual abilities or experience working with international client portfolios.

Location: Dublin – Hybrid
Job Description: This role supports a range of Financial and Business Partnering activities, becoming a key player within the global organization.
Preparation of client reports (financial analysis, forecasting, metrics and dashboards) for financial planning and month‑end process.
Partnering with Operations teams to review financial health of studies.
Conducting financial reviews to proactively identify, facilitate and drive actions across stakeholder groups.
Preparation of internal monthly study report, documenting key financial risks and mitigating actions.
Preparation of internal monthly financial reporting packages and financial forecast for operations with insightful commentary and analysis.
Preparation of monthly financial forecasts and budget reconciliations.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with good experience in analysis and insights of financial data and trends.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Experience assisting Finance Manager with various relevant information requirements.
Preferred:
Good Systems experience.
Audit & Assurance experience is beneficial.

Contract Type: 12‑month contract (Hybrid, Dublin)
Job Description: Supports Global Commercial Finance team with pre and post‑award negotiation and management of commercial terms.
Support Director Commercial Finance in establishing global Commercial Finance control.
Work with strategic alliance clients to negotiate enterprise‑level commercial terms.
Coordinate and prepare client‑focused budgets and client grids.
Chair kick‑off and resource meetings and coordinate participation for financial modelling.
Provide timely support to Proposals team.
