* 5+ years' experience in a BA or consulting role within technology or financial services
* Experience leading system or process improvement initiatives
* Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
* Comfortable managing testing cycles and supporting UAT
* Good knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is advantageous
* Familiarity with finance or operations processes is desirable
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Finance Change Lead, the Finance Transformation Analyst will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology and process initiatives:
* Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops
* Translate business needs into clear deliverables for development teams
* Support testing, issue resolution and deployment of new functionality
* Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
* Promote best practices in delivery, documentation, and change management
