Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of childcare professionals
* Ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained for children from babies to preschool age
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to meet the needs of children and families
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant legislation and regulations
Requirements:
1. A minimum QQI Level 6 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
2. Three years' experience working with children of different ages
3. Two years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in childcare
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
