Job Title: Operations Manager
Role Summary:
To provide administrative support to the Acting Regulatory Enablement Manager and ensure efficient management of applications assigned to the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Objectives: Supporting the Acting Regulatory Enablement Manager in section development, working with other managers to ensure access to administrative support, and developing strategic plans for the section.
* Operational Management: Organizing, planning, and managing work allocated to teams, monitoring progress and status of cases, and ensuring quality and volume of output.
* Quality and Knowledge Management: Ensuring procedures and policies of the Quality Management System are deployed and adhered to, and participating in internal audits.
* Performance Management: Setting performance targets, communicating goals and objectives, and coordinating performance development programs.
* Communications/Customer Service: Providing timely feedback, representing team views, and attending meetings as appropriate.
* HR/People Management: Managing and supervising teams, recruiting and selecting staff, and providing high-quality induction and ongoing training.
