At Tirln, we are seeking a Quality Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for embedding and sustaining quality policies across operations. This is a key position in driving a right first time culture and performance in the plant by ensuring that processes and operations meet customer and regulatory requirements.
A successful candidate will have experience in process improvement activity, ideally from the quality perspective. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and experience in applying the principles of Lean. Strong team-working and communication skills are essential, as well as an aptitude for operational processes and working with cross-functional teams.
In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have a track record in auditing and facilitating corrective action, preferably in a dairy/food production environment. They will also be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ideally LIMS and statistics.

Responsibilities:
* Implement GI Quality Strategy in your plant/area in line with the Glanbia Quality Management System (GQS)
* Manage site-wide KPIs relating to: Quality, Continuous Improvement, Regulatory Compliance
* Drive a strong Quality culture within your plant and site
* Play a key role in planning and participating in Plant audits with customers, regulatory and other third parties
Requirements:
* Third level degree minimum in the Sciences, Engineering or Process disciplines
* Role-relevant experience in a large Dairy, Food or Pharmaceutical company in Quality Assurance, Food Safety & Process Improvement in a quality/operational environment
* A track record in process improvement activity, ideally from the quality perspective
