Key skills and prior experience Extensive experience leading large-scale AI, data, and digital transformation programmes, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes and build high-performing, cross-functional teams. Demonstrated expertise managing Data Modernization or AI implementation initiatives in complex enterprise settings, including regulatory and compliance considerations. Strong knowledge of AI systems, infrastructure, platforms, and tools, with hands-on experience integrating AI technologies and advanced analytics to drive business value. Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, complemented by relevant project management certifications. What type of work will I be doing? Leading end-to-end delivery of AI and data programmes across discovery, development, and deployment phases. Collaborating with clients to define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable AI and data initiatives. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance frameworks throughout project lifecycles. Driving innovation by integrating emerging AI technologies into complex enterprise environments. Overseeing project risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to influence and align on project goals and outcomes. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
