The Role
360 recruitment position
Build and manage a client portfolio in a high-demand sector
Source, engage, and place top-tier talent across permanent & contract roles
Develop deep market knowledge and become a true subject matter expert
Based in our brand new office in Temple Bar area - with WFH Wednesdays
What We’re Looking For
6+ months recruitment experience (agency experience needed)
Proven track record of billing and new business development
Commercially aware, resilient, and target-driven
Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Open to any market experience
Bonus: experience in finance or tech markets
