Leisure Attendant – Part Time
We are looking for a Leisure Attendant on a Part Time basis to join our team at Aura Letterkenny.
Responsibilities
Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
Ensure a fun and inclusive environment for our customers
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Deliver the highest standards of classes (Swim, Fitness or both) that will motivate and inspire our members
Provide valuable feedback to our members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals
Adhere to our Healthy and Safety policies and procedures at all times
Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude
Make your passion your profession and help Aura to achieve a healthier and happier Ireland
Qualifications
Hold one of the following qualifications: RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard
Hold either one or both of the following qualifications: STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher, or NCEHS / NCEF Fitness Instructor
A passion for the health and fitness industry
A willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines listed above
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people
Previous experience in instructing classes (Swim, Fitness or both) is desirable
Flexible regarding hours/days of work – morning, afternoon, evening, weekend shifts are available
Fluent English required
Legally entitled to work in Ireland
