HR & Payroll Generalist | Dublin| Permanent
Our leading global organisation in the climate technology sector is hiring a HR Generalist for their North Dublin site.
This is a standalone HR role supporting approximately 90 employees across corporate functions, with broader payroll responsibility for circa 320 salaried employees in Ireland. You will be the operational lead for end-to-end payroll delivery in partnership with an outsourced provider, while also acting as the go-to HR partner for employees and managers on the ground.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing three-monthly payroll cycles with full accuracy and compliance oversightHR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to performance and employee relationsMaintaining HR systems (Workday/UKG) and supporting benefits administrationContributing to the Swords site leadership team and local people agenda
What we're looking for:
HR Generalist experience, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environmentStrong knowledge of Irish employment lawExperience with outsourced payroll providers (ADP experience and IPASS certification an advantage)High attention to detail, sound independent judgement, and strong stakeholder management skills
