Salary: £17.79 per hour / £12.65 for party host duties
Here at Northern Community Leisure Trust, our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team, and right now we are looking to recruit a Dance Coach to join the centre.
Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility, which includes Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50-metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. The complex offers an excellent choice of sporting and leisure facilities. Employee benefits include career progression and reduced membership of the sporting and leisure facilities.
As the Dance Coach, you will be responsible for the smooth operational running of dance parties for children while always providing a first-class level of customer service to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
There will also be a requirement for additional Party Host duties at weekends when no dance classes are booked.
Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
About You
We are looking to hear from candidates with previous dance experience, ideally coaching children in a busy environment, and it’s desirable that you hold a dance qualification.
You will have good communication and customer care skills, good health and safety awareness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
