HR Career Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR professional to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering a period of extended leave.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and reference checks.
* Manage and maintain accurate employee data and HR files.
* Support probation reviews, contract changes, and employee exit procedures.
* Assist with recruitment administration such as posting job adverts, liaising with agencies, and scheduling interviews.
* Prepare new starter packs and coordinate induction schedules.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating as needed.
* Maintain HR trackers and produce basic reports.
* Take minutes during HR meetings when required.
* Support employee relations administration and reward initiatives.
* Assist with company communications and employee engagement activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an HR Administrator, Co-ordinator, or Generalist role preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
