About Our Client
We are partnered with a highly respected, well-established residential construction business with a strong market presence across Leinster. The organisation is recognised for delivering high-quality housing developments and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, supply chain partners, and repeat clients. Their reputation has been built on consistent delivery, robust commercial governance, and a professional, people-led culture.
Operating across a broad portfolio of large-scale residential schemes, this business delivers projects that are commercially complex and technically demanding. They are known for their disciplined approach to cost control, programme certainty, and risk management, supported by mature systems and experienced leadership.
As an employer, they offer financial stability, clear decision-making structures, and genuine access to senior leadership. Senior commercial staff are trusted with real autonomy, visibility, and influence across projects, making this an attractive environment for experienced professionals looking to operate at a high level.
