Job Description
The Human Resources Executive will oversee the administrative functions of the department, promoting employee engagement through effective communication and supporting Heads of Department with team management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless HR services;
* Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency within the organization;
* Provide guidance to senior managers on talent planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development;
* Evaluate and enhance the recruitment process, guaranteeing a positive candidate experience;
* Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, arranging refresher training as necessary;
* Administer employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, collaborating with senior HR personnel as required;
