Find out how we do that here: Here's how you will contribute to the success of the companyAssist and provide technical support by phone, email or chat.Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, notably Microsoft 365 & AzureLead customers through service configurations.Provide a very high customer service level.Apply strong customer service skills to exceed client expectations. We always put our partners' happiness first.Deliver and follow up on problem resolutions and customer satisfaction.Proactively and comprehensively document customer issues in ticketing systems.Collaborate as a technical resource and share knowledge with others.Act as a reference for Level 2 Technical Advisors and resolve unresolved issues.Share your knowledge with Level 2 Technical Advisors.Be involved in specific projects and give training sessions occasionally.Carry out all other related tasks per the job's evolution and departmental needs.Here's what you need to have and master to get the jobCollege diploma or equivalent in an IT field, computer science or equivalent experience. 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support and customer service.Certifications in computer-based fields (an asset).Excellent English skills, both spoken and written are essential;Excellent knowledge of Microsoft-365 applications.Work from office 3 days per week is requiredConsiderable growth opportunitiesProximity to your direct manager and open, honest communication to support your developmentMultiple initial and on-the-job training opportunities and tools to track your progress and help you scale up in your careerBenefits of working at Micro Warehouse (a Sherweb Company)Sherweb is, above all, an environment where our customers' needs are at the heart of everything we do.
