With a strong leadership team and proven results across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness brands, we are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team and drive the next phase of growth.
The Role
As CMO, you will play a central role in leading our media buying and retention teams, managing relationships with our top-tier clients, and ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of eCommerce growth.
You will bring a balance of strategic vision, leadership, and industry knowledge, while fostering a culture of performance, training, and innovation.
The ideal candidate has scaled brands or worked at a high-performing agency, thrives on eCommerce and social media, and loves being ahead of industry changes, whether that's new AI tools, platform algorithms, or creative trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the Meta, Google, TikTok, and retention teams (email, SMS, loyalty).
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with our top accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
* Identify growth opportunities and pivot strategies to ensure client profitability and long-term success.
* Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that combine creativity with performance.
* Drive team development through training, mentoring, and facilitating access to webinars, events, and industry experts.
* Ensure the agency remains ahead of the curve by staying on top of trends in AI, algorithms, and eCommerce best practices.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to shape agency strategy and contribute to decision-making at the highest level.
* Present strategies and performance insights clearly and persuasively to both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of accountability, testing, and continuous improvement across the team.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in scaling brands or working with multiple brands in a high-performing agency.
* Deep knowledge of eCommerce, retention, and paid media channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional marketing teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities in client-facing settings.
* Strategic thinker who can translate data and insights into clear action plans.
* Passionate about eCommerce, AI, algorithms, and staying ahead of digital trends.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to take ownership of a leadership role within a fast-growing agency.
