5+ years’ experience in a Senior Business Analyst or Consulting role
Experience working on finance systems, order-to-cash, billing, or revenue processes
Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and end-to-end delivery
Hands-on experience supporting testing cycles and UAT
Technical aptitude, with SQL or data analysis experience highly desirable
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into a Finance Transformation leadership function, the Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering technology-enabled change:
Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams
Manage and support testing phases, including system testing and UAT
Work closely with finance, technology, and operational stakeholders
Drive automation, process improvement, and system integration initiatives
Promote best practices across documentation, delivery, and change management
