Summary
The successful candidate will be based in Leopardstown working as part of the Customer Service Team. The role will be responsible for maintaining customer service functions, all within a fast-moving, ever-changing, competitive environment.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
* Dealing with all aspects of customer orders.
* Dealing with product returns and credit notes.
* Dealing with customer enquiries, requests, backorders and record management.
* Ensuring all customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
* Liaising with Warehouse, Carriers and Couriers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers.
* Scheduling orders for delivery.
* Dealing with Quality and other Departments.
* Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and EHS regulatory requirements.
* Supporting Sales Teams & Managers.
* Providing administrative support to other departments, as required.
Profile Description
Qualifications & experience:
* Candidate will ideally have two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a Service environment.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Working knowledge of SAP
* Pharmaceutical experience desirable
* Working knowledge of SAP
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel & Word) SAP R3 and order processing experience desirable.
