We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for engaging customers online and in person, managing inquiries, arranging viewings, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients and car clubs.
You'll play a key role in driving sales growth, representing our brand, and maintaining our reputation as the Japanese import specialists.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to online and phone enquiries promptly and professionally
* Meet customers in person, discuss their needs, and match them with the right vehicles
* Manage listings on social media, and the company website
* Maintain accurate stock and sales records
* Work closely with the import and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery processes
* Attend car shows, meets, and events to represent TopDon JDM Imports
* Provide after-sales support and maintain positive client relationships
* Be heavily involved in marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and promotional videos.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales (preferably automotive or motorsport-related)
* Strong knowledge of JDM vehicles, modifications, and import processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident using social media and online platforms for sales
* Full, clean drivers licence
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable
* Passionate about cars, culture, and community
