Job Description
We are seeking a senior recruitment consultant with expertise in company secretarial, legal and compliance roles to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' PQE experience and a solid understanding of investment management.
The successful candidate will work with leading global asset managers and financial institutions on complex and high-value projects, including structuring and managing alternative investment funds, advising on UCITS and ETFs, and providing regulatory guidance to management companies, AIFMs, UCITS firms, MiFID entities and investment managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified Irish solicitor with solid funds or investment management experience.
* Strong legal drafting and technical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
