We are currently seeking a Junior CNC Operator/Setter to join our growing team in Naas, Co. Kildare. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in machining who is self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and develop new skills within a precision manufacturing environment. As this is a junior position, full training will be provided. However, any prior experience in machining or a workshop environment would be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: CNC Machining of quartz glass products Bench grinding and finishing work General workshop duties as required Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness Supporting ongoing skill development and training Effective time management to meet production requirements Job Requirements: Genuine interest in machining and manufacturing Willingness to learn and take instruction Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Prior CNC or workshop experience beneficial but not essential Working Hours: Initially a day position Flexibility required, as shift work may be introduced over time This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in CNC machining within a supportive and hands-on environment.
