We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team and help deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests.
About The Role
Purpose:
* Provide warm, professional service to all guests in line with our fine dining standards
* Prepare and maintain the dining area before, during, and after service
* Take accurate food and drink orders and liaise with kitchen and bar teams
* Serve meals and beverages efficiently and courteously
* Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism
* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
* Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred, but not required. The Food & Beverage Assistant must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team.
Applicants must be fully available to work a mix of days, evenings mid-week & weekends. We are flexible to working hours and day. Can discuss at interview stage.
