The Technical Trainer is expected to operate as a role model for professional instructional conduct within the Cyber Academy.

role to one of our academies.
Essential
* Demonstrated experience in training instructors, mentoring trainers, or delivering Train-the-Trainer programmes.
* Strong understanding of:
* Adult learning principles
* Instructional design fundamentals
* Classroom and cohort management
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and methodically.
Desirable
* Proven experience delivering technical training in IT and/or Cyber Security.
* Hands-on technical background in one or more IT / Cyber domains.
* Formal training or instructional credentials (e.g. instructional design, learning & development, teaching certifications).
* Experience delivering training aligned to recognized frameworks or certifications.
* Experience developing training curricula, assessments, and instructor competency frameworks.
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in training or education environments.
* Experience training early-career professionals or transitioning students into instructional roles.
