Key Skills and Experience
* Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly in technical roles.
* Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and data-related positions.
* Excellent candidate engagement and advocacy throughout the hiring process.
* Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, HireEz, and ATS platforms (preferably Workday).
* Ability to manage 35+ concurrent requisitions and collaborate effectively with remote stakeholders.
* Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Sourcing: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, with emphasis on strategic sourcing and candidate engagement.
* Market Insights: Use global tech market knowledge to develop and maintain targeted talent pipelines.
* Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and hiring teams to strengthen the organization’s talent network.
