This is a client-facing role that requires you to work closely with colleagues across functional and geographic boundaries to carry out distribution activity across the EEA for a number of our key clients within a clear regulatory framework.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWorking with clients' product experts within the regulatory framework to formulate investor query responses and provide to investors in a timely mannerWorking with internal teams to ensure necessary fund registration / AIFM passports or /pre-marketing permissions are in place prior to carrying out any regulated distribution activityAttend regular client calls to ensure service levels are maintained to high standards.Agree communications with clients for campaigns and directly issuing to potential investorsReview marketing campaigns and marketing materialsWork with clients on creating new content across traditional and digital marketing mediaCo-ordinating responses to investor queries arising from the campaignConduct data analysis on marketing campaigns and identify areas of improvement and successProviding roadshow support including:diarising initial calls & meetings as well as following-up with investorsrecording all activity and associated communication in SalesforceProviding fund documents (point of sale) and marketing materials to investorsLogging all communications & contacts within SalesforceWorking closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are metCreating and maintaining procedure documents for the team and adhering to regulatory guidelinesTrack MIS through cases on Salesforce and report to ManagerComplete monthly and quarterly tasks on a timely basis ensuring compliance within the regulatory framework is adhered toEnsure fee billing is completed in line with the client scheduleRequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EducationBachelors' degree levelExperience2 - 3 years' experience in working with international clients and with exposure to alternative UCITS and AIFs, ideally within an Investor Relations or Client Relations team for an asset manager or fund service provider. A working knowledge of another European language would be a plus.You Should Be Able To DemonstrateExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishStrong organisational skillsCollaboration with colleagues across geographic and functional boundariesProactive problem resolution and an ability to independently manage tasksHigh levels of personal integrity and client serviceSelf-motivation and confidenceMinimum B.A. degree, preferably within a finance-focused curriculum.Solid computer skills particularly in Salesforce, or similar CRM system, Excel and PowerPoint
