What Youll Do Lead, train, and support the housekeeping and laundry team. Organize staff rotas andallocatetasks effectively. Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, infection prevention & control, and Health & Safety legislation. Oversee audits, stock control, and records. Deliver a resident-focused service, responding promptly to concerns. What Were Looking For: Supervisory experience in housekeeping (healthcare, nursing home, or hotel environment desirable). Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings ifrequired.
