This is an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience across multiple aircraft systems and contribute to maintaining our high standards of excellence. The successful candidate will embody our core values of teamwork, integrity, safety, hard work, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:As a Base Engineering Graduate, you will:Support technical requests across Structures, Avionics, Powerplant, and Airframe systems for Boeing and Airbus aircraft.Maintain accurate and high-standard records of engineering activities.Conduct aircraft damage assessments and propose appropriate repair solutions.Liaise with OEMs to resolve aircraft-related issues.Evaluate and report on mandatory maintenance requirements, including Airworthiness Directives (ADs) from EASA and FAA.Collaborate with customers to identify optimal repair solutions.Assist in engineering support for aircraft tooling and calibration processes.Contribute to Quality Assurance initiatives and competency development.Support the development of new capabilities within the department.Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.Qualifications & SkillsWe're looking for someone who:Holds a Level 7+ Engineering qualification (Aeronautical Engineering preferred), graduated between 2021–2025.Can interpret technical and airworthiness data effectively.Understands relevant airworthiness legislation.Is self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrates solid IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Has a commercial mindset and understands business objectives.Possesses project management skills and can work within teams.Has experience in an aircraft maintenance environment (desirable but not essential).Join us on this exciting journey as we soar to new heights Apply now and be part of our dynamic team at Dublin Aerospace.
