Sixtwo Digital is seeking an experienced and commercially minded digital marketing professional to become the strategic lead across client accounts while being day‑to‑day point of contact for the existing account team.
This role is designed to provide senior strategic oversight across client activity while also helping to improve internal operational efficiency. The successful candidate will act as the go-to person for account strategy, campaign optimisation and digital advertising performance.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience in Meta advertising, proven strategic capability, and the confidence to make performance‑led decisions independently. Experience in Google Ads would be a significant advantage. The role will also require ongoing account support and regular client‑facing responsibilities.
While the role includes strategic leadership responsibilities, it is also a hands‑on position involving campaign management, reporting, optimisation and ongoing account support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead strategic resource across client accounts.
Review account performance daily and identify optimisation opportunities.
Provide support to the team by prioritising work, improving campaign performance, and resolving challenges.
Manage key client relationships while overseeing the performance and growth of assigned accounts.
Act as the internal go‑to person for digital strategy and account decision‑making.
Lead campaign strategy, reporting and performance analysis across multiple accounts.
Support ongoing account management and client communications.
Experience Required
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or paid media roles.
Strong expertise in Meta advertising strategy and campaign management.
Experience managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and TikTok platforms.
Proven experience making strategic campaign decisions independently.
Experience managing substantial campaign budgets and optimisation strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and take action.
Experience liaising directly with clients, leading meetings and presenting campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Confidence leading strategy discussions and providing direction to others.
Experience reviewing and improving campaign performance across multiple accounts.
Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Highly Desirable
Previous agency experience.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
