That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.About The TeamThe EMEA Platforms Velocity Grower Sales team is a highly consultative sales team that is responsible for the growth and retention of Stripe's largest and fastest growing Startup, SMB and Commercial customers. As a Scaled Account Executive, you'll identify new opportunities for our customers by executing scaled sales strategies to close upsell and renewals, and drive end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of Stripe's offerings.What you'll doAs a Scaled Account Executive, you will work with some of our highest potential accounts that are still early in their growth on Stripe and not yet fully embedded with our solutions. We are looking for a curious, fast moving operator who is obsessed with data, can build relationships with Stripe's users, manage projects to engage with customers at scale and work effectively with cross-functional teams.This is a dynamic role, evolving rapidly. If you're hungry, persistent, adaptable and a great teammate, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesRun scaled campaigns to drive product adoption and manage full sales cycle through to closeManage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to retain and grow revenueSolve complex client needs working across product, billing, risk and operations teamsPartner closely with marketing and growth teams to drive the pipelineWho you areMinimum RequirementsMinimum 2 years in a closing sales roleAbility to build strong rapport with clients with a consultative sales approachStrong analytical skills and the ability to manage commercial conversationsExperience in a client-facing role, preferably with commercial KPIs in a high growth tech organizationAbility to leverage data to make decisions and measure impactStrong prioritization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholdersMotivation and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to influence culture and results in cross-regional teamsEnglish language proficiencyPreferred QualificationsAbility to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with technical customersExperience with ExcelFluent French or GermanIn-office expectationsOffice-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.Pay and benefitsThe annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €133,000 - €199,400. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant's location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
