Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to hotel standards, as instructed by senior culinary staff.
* Assist in preparing mise en place for all menus.
* Take responsibility for a section in the kitchen, as allocated by senior management.
* Operate and clean equipment correctly and safely, adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area at all times.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including accurate temperature recording and sampling procedures.
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 4-star hotel environment.
* Previous experience working in a busy kitchen.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HACCP protocols.
* Flexible working hours and ability to travel to different locations.
* Full working rights in Ireland.
