Role Overview
The Human Resources Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support across various HR functions.
This role is ideal for individuals holding a Level 7 or 8 HR qualification and working towards or possessing a CIPD qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and administrative tasks.
Assist with induction and onboarding processes.
Generate reports to support business operations.
Execute general HR administrative duties as required by management.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Working towards or possessing a Level 7 or 8 qualification in HR.
Prior experience in an HR administrative role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
