Cyril & Co Solicitors is a full-service progressive firm based in Balbriggan Co. Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity available as a result of our ongoing growth and development.
We wish to hire a qualified Solicitor with experience in General Practice and Defence Litigation, with an excellent record of managing a diverse portfolio and running their own caseloads in the District, Circuit, High Court and the Supreme Court, whilst ensure that deadlines are met together with a pragmatic approach to legal issues.
Key skills and competencies:
· Preferably 3 - 4 years' post qualification litigation experience;
· Strong academic credentials and excellent written and communication skills;
· District, Circuit and High Court litigation experience;
· Experience in running their own caseload;
· A thorough knowledge of litigation practice and procedures;
· Experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage - Immigration Law, International Protection law, Family law, Conveyancing, Criminal law and Civil litigation;
· The ability to work on their own initiative whilst also being a strong team player;
· Excellent computer skills to include experience in case management systems;
* Experience in running their own caseload;
* A thorough knowledge of litigation practice and procedures;
* Are personable and client friendly;
* Are positive and adopt a "can do" attitude.
Salary commensurate with experience.
