The Parts Advisor is a branch position assisting the branch's Operations Manager, working as the "face of the branch" for the Parts & Service Departments. The Parts Advisor will foster brand loyalty by providing accurate and timely technical support and offering equipment service programs to customers. Sales experience a plus, as the Parts Advisor will offer service program upsells as a problem solver when the opportunity exists. Strong phone communication skills are important.

What You'll Do:
* Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone-in rental customers.
* Build strong relationships with clients while identifying new rental opportunities.
* Prepare quotes, process rental orders, and follow up to close sales.
* Provide exceptional service and technical product recommendations.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM and rental management systems.
* Upsell and cross-sell rental solutions to maximize customer value.
* Participate in training (online and in-person) to stay current with John Deere equipment.
* Support company safety, conduct, and policy standards in every interaction.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
What We're Looking For:
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or rental industry experience preferred.
* Knowledge of construction/industrial equipment is a strong plus.
* Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and rental software.
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
* Self-motivated with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
* A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
