About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling a varied commercial portfolio, including motor trade, liability, fleet, and packages. You will work closely with clients to develop and retain strong relationships, delivering high levels of service and responsiveness.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing: Manage client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client servicing duties with a customer-first approach.
2. Relationship Development: Develop and retain strong client relationships, delivering high levels of service and responsiveness.
3. Business Growth: Support team objectives and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Commercial division.
4. Tech Knowledge: Maintain strong technical knowledge of the commercial insurance market and identify opportunities to improve client coverage and risk management.

Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial insurance role.
* Qualifications: APA or CIP qualification (or working towards).
* Skills: Proven track record in customer service and client relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
Desirable Skills
* Open GI Experience: Experience working with Open GI is advantageous but not essential.
